**Role Title**:Business Support Administrator (part-time)

**Location**: Home-based with a preference to being located near Wickford, Essex

**Salary**: £11 per hour

**Hours**: Monday to Thursday either 10 am to 1 pm or 11 am - 2 pm (12 hrs per week, overtime available). Fixed term contract for 6 months with the hope to make permanent and increase hours - open to discussion.

**The role**:
This is a brand-new role working for a company which helps charities across the UK. You will be supporting the Managing Director and Founder in all aspects of growing and establishing Out of the Ashes (OOTA) as a firm provider of charitable services in England. Main responsibilities include:

- Task management and working on ad-hoc projects
- Writing and proof-reading client documentation
- Logging all delivered outputs and actions on internal spreadsheets and external servers where required
- Marketing tasks include writing content, designing social media posts and using a social media management platform
- Adhering to data protection and keeping records clean

**Person specification**:

- A kind, friendly personality and a passion or wish to help charities in the UK
- Strong administration and marketing experience in any field, preference for an agency setting
- Ability and happy to work virtually, independently and also work with the Managing Director
- A flexible mindset and ambition to be part of a growing company. Happy to have shifting work priorities and working in a multi-client environment
- Strong written English skills - Ability to proofread to a high standard and critically review documentation
- Competent in using various forms of technology. Essential skills in Word and Excel. Experience in using systems such as Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom and Microsoft Teams would be preferred but full training will be provided.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
