DCG Logistics UK Ltd - HR and Office Assistant
In this role your duties will include but is not limited to:
- The preparation and issuing of full time, temporary, and fixed-term contracts.
- Managing attendance and time sheets, and calculating employee pay based on these factors before sending these calculations to our external Payroll company.
- Actively recruiting to help the business expand.
- Maintain all HR systems and implement training and development plans for each department
- Manage formal proceedings with the support from the company's third party HR consultant when needed.
- Liasing with our office in China
Essential Criteria:
- Look presentable and professional in the workplace
- Ability to input data and pay close attention to detail
- Both English and Mandarin Speaking skills
- Excellent listening and cognitive skills to process information quickly
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
- Excellent experience with Microsoft office software
Desirable Criteria
- Ability to work in a team or alone and stay motivated while doing so
- Understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality
- Academic background in Human Resource Management
- CIPD level 3 qualification or higher
