Payroll Administrator

RG Consultancy are working with a healthcare provider based in Oldham who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a very hands on payroll position and would ideally suit someone who hasworked in a standalone payroll position as this role is dealing with full end to end payroll and all the queries. You will report to the companies Financial Controller and work alongside a finance assistant and HR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join at an exciting period of growth and new system implementation.
Duties will include:
- Pro-actively manage, collate and input data relating to employee monthly payments, additions, deductions and variables, ensuring that staff are paid on time and receive the correct payments.
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll (approx 800 employees)
- Ensuring that multiple deadlines are adhered too
- Parallel payroll runs
- Coordinate the payment of salaries and ensure the timely payment of salaries
- Liaise with HR to ensure all records are kept up to date
- Coordinate the processing of statutory forms for example: P45s, P46, P11d’setc.
- Auto Enrolment Pension
- Real Time Information.
- Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Adoption Pay, accrued annual leave, etc.
- To use Word, Excel, Outlook and databases, to input and manage data and produce required documentation
- To work closely with HR and the Financial controller and when required and attend monthly meeting.
