**The role**:
Reporting directly to the People Experience Operations Manager (Northern Europe) you will work as part of a small team to deliver a fantastic employee journey through the provision of high quality first line support and maintaining the integrity of the people systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure local new hire, on-boarding, change and off boarding administration processes are undertaken efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.
- First point of contact in the people function to provide confidential local support to employees and managers
- Ensure all people forms, process-flows and on-line filing are accurate, up-to-date and GDPR compliant
- Own the local master data accuracy and archiving according to compliance and legislations
- Maintain all local people systems to ensure integrity and accuracy of the information held
- Act as the internal lead for maintain relationship with 3rd party payroll provider
- Provide information regarding payroll and benefits for employees and with providers
- Ensure statutory reporting and benefit renewals are undertaken within agreed timescales
- Support the People Experience Operations Manager to ensure accurate administration of the global employee group

- Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and Customer Service orientation
- Experience working within a “shared service” organisation - Beneficial
- People and Payroll experience in a fast-paced confidential environment - Beneficial
