Due to our huge success, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Senior Technical Consultants to join our talented team.

**This isn’t just any Senior Technical Consultant role**:
We work on truly interesting, challenging projects where we’re involved right from the outset. Because of the types of projects we work on, we get the opportunity to stretch the ServiceNow platform to the very edge of what is possible (while of course confident that we’re not breaking anything)

In this role, you’ll be dealing with all kinds of data, not just traditional IT data - we’re talking trains, radars, payments, vaccines and more. And there’s always a new, interesting project on the horizon.

And, when it comes to our customers, they’re more than just contracts. We build strong, long-term relationships with them, meaning we are not just seen as a supplier, and you’ll get to see first-hand what a difference you’re making to people’s work lives.

**So what are we looking for?**:
We’re looking for someone experienced in taking a lead role on projects and internal initiatives, someone highly articulate and confident providing technical consultancy to senior stakeholders.

You will be the go-to person on your projects, experienced leading a technical team to deliver against project outcomes for our customers.

Your ServiceNow technical and consultancy skills must be capable of delivering work of the highest standard. You’ll enjoy being seen as an example to others and you will get satisfaction from sharing your knowledge and coaching and mentoring others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Technical Lead on a variety of projects and engagements. Devise and scope solutions to solve our customers’ business challenges
- Provide a detailed level of technical consultancy to customers on the ServiceNow eco-system
- Work closely with our Customer Engagement team, other technical team members and directly with customers to deliver outcomes that drive real value and encourage wide adoption of ServiceNow within the customer organisation
- Provide functional and technical expertise to document and configure customer requirements
- Produce high-quality technical documentation as an output for customer requirements. Create artefacts to validate and bring to life the outcomes you are trying to deliver
- Report and manage any technical issues which may cause delays to the projects you’re leading
- Deliver against work assigned to you - be a ‘hands-on’ consultant
