Job Overview:

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical services to our clients in the offshore wind industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients as the main interface for our company, attending meetings with developers and financiers as required.
  • Prepare proposals outlining a scope of work, team, budget, and schedule to fulfill client prospects.
  • Manage and schedule stakeholders internally to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage large-scale offshore wind projects for all stages of the project lifecycle, from financing/sales to construction management and site supervision.
  • Manage subconsultants and subcontractors based on reports to ensure that analysis and service is consistent across projects and throughout the process.
  • Assess risks across all disciplines and stages of offshore wind projects and propose strategies to mitigate such risks.
  • Complete site visits where required during construction and O&M, ensuring progress against technical specifications including time, quality, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering degree, with a Master's degree being preferable.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in engineering consultancy in offshore wind due diligence, project development, or construction.
  • Experience in on-site and in-construction monitoring of offshore wind.
