We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting businesses and people in Pembrokeshire to achieve their full potential and create more inclusive opportunities for people within Local Businesses.

Our Supported Employment Programme has been developed to support people with more complex barriers who would like to continue learning, living and working in Pembrokeshire. We work with people to understand what they want from life as a whole and put together a programme of learning, activity and support to help them work towards achieving those goals. We want to support Local businesses to provide more work experience and employment opportunities for the people we support.

We have secured funding through the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund programme to deliver this tailored support to businesses and individuals.

If you have experience of supporting people with barriers to working such as disabilities, learning disabilities and or autism and/or have experience working with businesses or in human resources this could be an opportunity for you.

Safeguarding and protecting children and adults at risk is a high priority for Pembrokeshire County Council. We aim to support vulnerable children and adults at risk to ensure they are as safe as they can possibly be.
