Are you a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for event management and excellent communication skills? Join our thriving Commercial Property Investors Team as an Events Coordinator and be an essential part of creating impactful and engaging experiences for our community

As our Events Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of event planning and community management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Arranging and Managing Events - **Assisting in the planning and execution of in-person events, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish.

**Arranging Guest Speakers - **Inviting industry experts and influential speakers to share their knowledge and insights during our events. Including arranging guests for podcast interviews.

**Scheduling Online Events - **Taking charge of arranging and scheduling online events such as webinars and private member sessions.

**Community Management - **Acting as a community manager, maintaining regular check-ins with members, and address any questions or concerns. Help to nurture and expand our community by fostering meaningful connections and relationships among members.

**Communication - **Keeping our community informed and engaged through regular communication and updates about upcoming events and relevant industry news.

**Sales Support - **Providing support to the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer relationship management, and utilising CRM systems.

**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in using various software and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and experience utilising them for sales support.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Possession of a valid driving licence for occasional travel to locations such as Dundee, Fife, or other designated areas.
