High Peak CVS is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join as our Living Well Locality Co-Ordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for empowering partners, groups and organisations in the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales to promote good mental health and helping to improve mental health services.

As a member of our team, you will be part of a wider programme called Living Well, which aims to transform community mental health across Derbyshire. You will work closely with commissioners, providers, the statutory sector, the voluntary sector, local authorities and people with lived experience of mental health, to create new teams, networks, and community support.

**Location**: Office Locations in High Peak and Derbyshire Dales and some home working.

**Contract length**: 12 months (opportunity to extend dependent on funding)

**Hours**:25 hours per week

The successful post holder(s) will form strong links with the Living Well Programme Team and local leadership, responsible for leading the development of the collaborative work to support transformational change, in line with the ‘NHS Long Term Plan’ for mental health,
Community Mental Health Framework and Derbyshire Living Well.

**The main duties of the post will entail working within an agreed Work Plan to**:

- Take full responsibility for the administration and organisation of collaborative meetings.
- Facilitation of the meeting including agenda setting, liaising with presenters, attendees, host organisation and all stakeholders.
- Ensure collaborative meetings are well organised, well attended and all attendees receive required agenda and papers in a timely manner.
- Produce an action plan for each meeting with tangible actions and identified people to work on these actions.
- Agree a Terms of Reference for Collaboratives as required.
- Work alongside the local community, voluntary sector, and those with lived experience to build an understanding of the complexities of change for those in a service provision role, ensuring that grassroot groups are involved in discussions.
- Link to communities of interest and people with protected characteristics through existing relationships with organisations that offer specialised support and representation.
- Organise discussion groups, events and attend others events to create space for conversation with members of the community who have lived experience of mental health.
- Engage with front line workers to encourage involvement in the collaboratives and to feed information to the teams.
- Be the point of contact for their locality, communicating the process of change, liaising with the Derbyshire Collaborative to reflect on key issues and take learning to support the development of solutions.
- Facilitate opportunities for conversations related to co-design and co-production that brings together the voices of organisations to support local models through collaboration, encouraging the support of mental health forums Derbyshire Mental

Health Forum and Derbyshire Voluntary Action’s Mental Health Liaison Service.
- Encourage and identify opportunities across networks of local providers to develop and test ideas through the Living Well offer to feed into existing mental health forums, networks and local infrastructure.
- Build on existing links made with wider networks and forums across the area.
- Create positive marketing materials co
- producing them with people with lived experience.
- Work alongside key agencies including local infrastructure.
- Carry out agreed monitoring and evaluation, reporting on the progression of work and the impact the work has on people and staff.
- Any other duties as required.
- Work within the overall aims and principles of employer and the specific objectives of any other programmes.
- Adhere at all times to the Terms and Conditions of Employment and supporting policies of employer.
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to all aspects of the work in line with the employer.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £28,860.00 per year
