Our Values
- We make life worth living.

- We are driven by compassion.
- We encourage ambition and creativity.
- We strive to be the best we can be by measuring outcomes.
- We share accountability and take pride in everything we do.

**Our Commitment**

BelleVie was founded to create a new future for care and support work - a future that works for both the skilled professionals providing support and for those people and families being supported. Our self-managing teams of Wellbeing Support workers build deep and trusted relationships with each other and those they support, so that we really focus on what matters.

Co-founders Trudie and Violaine were brought together through their passion for fair employment. Their focus on making support work the rewarding career that it should be, attracting people with the right soft skills and values, is the reason BelleVie is able to provide the high quality support it does.

**Our Services**

BelleVie offers care and support tailored to the needs and aspirations of those they support in areas such as companionship, personal care, meal preparation, social life and help around the home.

At BelleVie we’re passionate about supporting people to continue doing what they love and staying at home, for as long as is safely possible. That’s why, as well as offering Care in the home, we’ve also developed Thrive at home services. We know it can be hard to find the right services and products an individual needs to stay well and independent at home, so we’re building an extensive local community network of vetted suppliers to offer a range of different services, to make life simple and easy for those that need additional support.

Work will include working closely with local; Charities, partners, community groups, retailers and retirement housing estates.
