**About the role**:
The Operational Excellence Coach will support the head of region in upholding the Aira Operating Model across North West England. They will support technicians and colleagues within service operations by providing continuous coaching in performance management, Aira Operating Model, and KPI’s. Analysing results and identifying areas for improvement will be an essential part of the role.

Other responsibilities include:

- Delivering regional improvement projects and develop best practices.
- Implementing best practices from other regions and markets.
- Supporting the Head of Region in preparation and coordination during Audits.
- Developing a Deep knowledge of the Aira Operating Model, and company working practises.
- Delivering continuous improvements and regional progression.
- Supporting and working closely with Team Leaders to analyse performance of teams, and individuals.
- You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of regional improvements of performance in service operations.
- Providing status reports for Central Operational Excellence.

**What we would like you to have**:
Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have:

- Experience of working in operational excellence, compliance, or quality control.
- Experience of working with, or qualifications in Lean management systems.
- Experience of coaching and mentoring Electricians, Engineers, or technicians would be beneficial but is not essential.
