**The Opportunity**

As an Operational Excellence Co-ordinator, you will work with our site teams to deliver sustainable improvements. Your primary responsibility will be to provide Op Ex / LEAN / Digital Transformation support, resulting in added value to the business measured through Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule metrics. As a part of this role, we will be willing to invest resources into your development as an Operational Excellence Co-Ordinator.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
˃ Responsible for identifying and delivering appropriate training, coaching and support to share LEAN knowledge to leadership

˃ Conduct various OpEx / LEAN projects per year across the business

˃ Act as an OpEx / LEAN expert to help drive business improvement and coach leaders throughout the business to develop their LEAN capability

˃ Use appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to identify opportunities for improvement and document process improvements including digital solutions

˃ Develop progress reports of overall continuous improvement activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needs

˃ Be a role model across the business

**The Person**

˃ Experience of delivering Operational Excellence with data analysis and engagement of stakeholders to deliver tangible results or similar experience

˃ Experience of training and coaching of others

˃ Knowledge of digital solutions

˃ Ability to influence others at all levels of the organisational hierarchy to drive change

˃ Excellent communication skills

˃ Flexible to work across KAEFER sites in UK and Ireland

˃ A desire to learn about new technologies and develop digital solutions to appropriate processes Knowledge in a multidisciplinary contracting environment

˃ Good working knowledge of health and safety

˃ Experience working with and implementing digital solutions
