Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Co-ordinator of Children's Services to join our team in Stretford, Manchester. As a Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring a smooth operation.

About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for assisting the Practice Manager in leading the practice team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining great relationships with patients and staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Practice Manager in leading the practice team
* Ensure compliance with GDC and CQC guidelines
* Assist in the day-to-day operation of the practice
* Maintain excellent patient and staff relationships

Your Requirements:
* 1 year of leadership experience preferred
* Good understanding of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

What We Offer:
* Full-time permanent contract
* Competitive salary £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
* Benefits package including practice bonus scheme and CPD costs covered by the practice
