We do this through our family of workout studios, our global team of employees & franchise partners and our community of workout warriors. **The role**: As a part of our central team, the Master Coach is responsible for the delivery and development of coach training across the group, ensuring that the TRIB3 Workout is being delivered to the highest standards. Your duties will also include supporting studio set-up for new studio openings, as well as conducting tri-annual audits and studio visits to ensure consistent product and coaching standards. You will also be responsible for the creation and review of our tri-annual (four monthly planning cycles) programming and music releases.
**Note - this role is remote, based in the United Kingdom.**
**Role specifications**
As the Master Coach you will be responsible for the following:
**Studio set-up & standards**
- Support Franchise Partners and B.I.G operators with new studio openings, ensuring the TRIB3 studio touchpoints are met.
- Ensure studios have the required systems and knowledge to deliver the TRIB3 experience; this includes the TRIB3 Digital Chalkboard and the TRIB3 Jukebox.
- Conduct tri-annual audits (four monthly cycles) and ad-hoc visits to ensure studio standards are upheld. Coordinate with IT to resolve any studio related queries or issues.
**Coaching standards**
- Deliver training and on-going support to other Master Coaches under Master Franchises.
- Manage the coach auditing process, ensure coherent communication and consistent execution of coach audits are met across the group. Work alongside the Operations and Marketing departments to implement strategies to maximise product engagement via increased HRM engagement in both new and existing studios.
**Recruitment & training**
- Support TRIB3 Academy content creation - training manuals, educational video content and/or other training materials. Deliver and develop the coach training, ensuring coaches have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the TRIB3 workout to the highest standards.
**Product development & programming**
- Responsible for the creation, editing and release of our studio programming on a tri-annual basis.
- Manage the tri-annual music releases, reviewing curated playlists prior to their release and global distribution.
- Support product development, including product trials and future roadmaps, providing guidance and feedback to ensure our product remains at the forefront.
**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**
The Master Coach will have:
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor delivering group exercise training.
- Previous experience in managing product as a supervisor or Lead Coach role.
- Equivalent to Level 3 fitness instructor qualification.
- Demonstratable ability to write workout programs.
- Good knowledge of other fitness concepts - visited various boutique and/or group-class concepts.

- Must speak fluent English.
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-management skills.
- Organised and structured with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
- A passion for health and fitness is a must
