Working independently as a part of our clients wider programmes team, you will provide a support function to the programme leads to aide the coordination, implementation and delivery of numerous projects across the programme.

**Main Responsibilities of this role include**:

- To assist programme leads to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- To undertake activities on multiple concurrent projects.
- To assist in the maintenance of project documentation.
- To carry out administrative activities as requested.
- To update records on the appropriate software as prescribed.
- To provide event support across the programme.
- To support the programme leads to produce reports on project progress.
- To escalate any issues that may impact any projects, in good time and to the appropriate level / person.
- To engage and participate in meetings as appropriate.
- To assist in the analysis of programme data for campaigns.
