Caretaker

We are looking for a caretaker to work alternate shifts at our Senior School.

You will be required to assist with the facilities management system together with the opening and locking up of buildings.

You will also assist with the carrying out and recording of health and safety tasks such as water testing, regular inspections for hazards and faulty equipment and checking the School’s fire safety systems.

You will also be required to maintain risk assessments.

Experience of caretaking or premises management is essential.

Full driving licence required.

The salary will be £21,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours of work are two alternate shift patterns which are 6.00am until 2.00pm and 12.00pm to 8.00pm daily, full year, some flexibility will be required with some occasional Saturday and on-call duties on a rota basis.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 17th August 2023.
