**Planner (Neighbourhood Care)**
**Permanent**
**Salary: circa £24782 per annum**

Our estate services team, Neighbourhood Care, is looking for an effective works scheduler who can help control and plan the work schedules for our grounds maintenance and caretaking teams.

Using our scheduling software you will make sure both planned and reactive works are allocated as dynamically as possible, you will also support all our colleagues to ensure they are using these systems and completing their tasks in a timely manner.

You will also support and deliver functions within our busy depot, Neighbourhood Place in relation to invoices, orders, office administration, uniform, materials and the efficient operation of other facilities associated with a modern workplace.

Experience of planning/scheduling is desirable but not essential, more importantly the ability to think quickly, adapt to change and provide responses to colleagues in a large dispersed team is essential.
