Lenco Utilities Ltd specialises in the installation of cable and fibre networks in the UK and Ireland. We have an opportunity for an full time Administrative assistant to become part of our team based in Armagh City.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Carry out all related duties, including but not limited to:

- Preparation of weekly/monthly information in relations to sales ledger
- Completion of monthly journal process on accounts system
- Management of debtors
- Management of Insurance records
- Management of Vehicle servicing records.
- perform each task with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Plan, prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service & communication skills to work well within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in clerical role preferable but not essential as full training will be given

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Armagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
