**Job description**
Job Title : Band 3 Administration
Location : Belfast BT8
Duration : Temporary
Rate : 11.11 p/h
Hours : 37.5 hpw
- Answering / directing phone calls
- Data input/validation across multiple Trust Systems including Paris / Datix
- Filing / photocopying
- General admin duties as required
- Use of Microsoft packages
- Minute taking and/or company experience desirable but not essential
1. Provide high quality routine administrative support to individual departments ensuring the effective operation of systems and procedures.
2. Assist in the administration and implementation of administrative systems within the departments.
3. Manage the administration of the office ensuring a continual high standard of service is provided to all staff, customers, members of the public and suppliers.
4. Effectively prepare reports, documents and proposals for senior staff within the department as well as supplying advice and assistance as required.
5. Continually seek to improve the service delivered within the department by committing to attend personal development training, demonstrating a team work ethic and embracing change.
6. Provide high level service to all stakeholders.
7. To raise requisitions using the E procurement system and order stock as necessary.
8. Attend and take notes at meetings as required of the role.
9. Any other duties as required within the remit of the role.
Criteria
1. a. 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English Language or equivalent qualification and one year’s administrative experience.
or
b. NVQ Level II in Administration and one year’s administrative experience.
or
c. A minimum of two year’s administrative experience.
