My client is looking for a Part time Admin Assistant starting asap on a temporary basis working 25 hours per week

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Purchase Order process - collating parts lists, gathering prices, checking availability of parts, issuing POs to suppliers, chasing expected delivery date (and updating team), and receipting delivery.
- Sales Order process - entry into system and job file creation.
- Sales Order management - continue to update job values as variation and additional orders are received.
- Liaise with clients regarding delivery of equipment including collection/delivery requirement
- Managing equipment returns
- Telephone and general office duties
- Compiling of the compliance documentation

**Experience and Education**:
Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience of working in a busy office/workshop environment
- Must be a good team player with an enthusiastic attitude
- Use of Microsoft Office programs, in particular, intermediate level excel skills
- Ability to quickly learn how to use unfamiliar systems
- Experience of telephone and general office duties
- Experience in divisional specific programs
- Support other departments within the company as required

Working 25 hours per week

9:30am - 3pm (Flexible)

Paying £10.50 - £11.00 per hour (Half hour lunch break)
