Customer Success Executive

We are an AI data-analytics software start-up that helps businesses gain clarity and insights into their data. Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to analyse, redact and review unstructured data, specifically when tackling information requests (e.g. DSARs and FOIs) or managing data breaches.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Training new customers on how to use our platform and best practices
- Doing project work with customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes
- Responding to customer queries and providing timely and accurate solutions
- Managing customer tickets and escalating them when necessary
- Troubleshooting client issues
- Maintaining the knowledge base with relevant articles and videos
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Comfortable adopting and communicating a technical product to different audiences
- Happy to pick up the phone and build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
Further information:
- Location: Central London
- Company size: 15 but fast-growing
- Work from home: 2 days a week
- Holidays: 25 days
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
