We are hiring for **Benefits & Rewards Assistant (Payroll-Pay and Benefits/ HR - Administration)**

**Location**: Hybrid and 2-3 days in **London **or **Durham **OR **Glasgow **OR **Blackpool **Office
- Should have prior experience in managing rewards, employee benefits and job evaluation processes
- Strong analytical skills using a variety of data sources to present data in a clear format for varied stakeholders
- Administer a range of benefits and work with the HR business partners to promote and manage supplier relationships
- Should be able to with HR Managers to coordinate and manage on end year appraisal process, reviews -completed on time and performance ratings are captured in the HR Information System
