We champion co-op and community-led housing where people design, develop, build or manage their homes themselves. We aim to make this a mainstream option for both rent and home ownership. To that end, we are investing in people and partnerships that canhelp us make this market fly.

We currently support 34 co-ops that house more than 1,800 households by providing or overseeing a variety of housing management services and back office administration functions under instruction from our clients. We are also a social landlord, providinghousing management to our own residents living in nearly 1,000 properties.

We are looking for a talented individual who is proactive and thrives in a busy environment. You will take ownership of your work and have pride in the estates you manage. You will solve problems for your tenants, getting to know them and working to maketheir estates a great place to live. Your tenants will trust and value you and will see you as someone who always follows up on what they say. You will join our busy housing services team as someone who is customer-focussed and determined to get things rightfor our customers.

You will be responsible for efficiently organising tenancymanagement work, ensuring your work is completed on time and our customers are satisfied.

Your role will include responsibility for voids and lettings on your patch, along with effectively procuring and managing estate gardening and cleaning contracts, handling mutual exchanges, carrying out estate inspections and safety checks, carrying outhome visits, progressing tenancy changes, resolving antisocial behaviour issues, engaging residents and quickly and accurately responding to resident and stakeholder queries. You collaborate with our repairs, income collection and finance teams, owning andsolving problems for your tenants, although you will not manage rent collection or repairs directly.
