**Location**: Watford

**Salary**: £24,000 + great benefits and hybrid working

Our Client, a highly reputable manufacturer requires a reliable customer account manager who can support a portfolio of clients with any requests surrounding purchases from initial quote to processing the order.

Some one who is efficient, accurate with great attention to detail. An individual with great customer service skills, personable with a can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customers order profile
- Enter all sales orders onto SAP and CRM systems
- Checking shipment and delivery dates correspond with customer expectation
- Deal with post sales enquiries - investigate and resolve any issues - be able to provide product knowledge and support
- Create credit notes and refund processes
- Dealing with invoice queries, returns, delivery and payment issues

**Experiences and Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills (office based)
- Previous sales administration or order processing experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication sills both verbal ad written
- You will need to have a positive and pro-active attitude to your work, be conscientious, willing to assist in all areas and be a team player
- SAP and CRM experience desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
