**About Our Client**:
As a Customer Service Assistant, your key responsibilities will be;
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests: Customer service assistants must be able to handle inquiries about products, services, and policies, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.Handling complaints: They must be able to listen to customers' complaints and grievances, empathize with them, and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.Resolving technical issues: Customer service assistants must be able to assist customers with technical issues, such as troubleshooting products or software, and escalate the issue to the relevant department if necessary.Processing orders and returns: They must be able to assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.Maintaining customer records: Customer service assistants must maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in order to provide effective service.Upselling and cross-selling: They must have a good knowledge of the company's products and services, and be able to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to customers.Collaborating with other departments: They must be able to collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to provide a seamless customer experience.Maintaining knowledge of industry trends: Customer service assistants must keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in policies, and new products or services offered by the company.
