The Quality Coordinator will assist the Quality Manager and Senior Management Team to deliver the Company mandate for quality along with assisting in delivering a robust back office business Support mandate.

**The main Responsibilities for the Role are**:
**Quality and Compliance**
- Creates and Administers the Company Audit and Survey Schedule including ensuring department heads meet deadlines for providing audit data and presenting Data for review at SMT meetings and QMR
- Assisting in the embedding and monitoring of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Identify all interested parties of the Quality Management System (Clients, Staff, Suppliers, Outsourced Services) assess their needs and ensure we are meeting these requirements.
- As advised by the Quality Manager monitor implementation and monitoring of KPIS providing reports for the Quality Manager to present to the Senior Management Team and Quality Management Committee.
- Monitors and Tracks Non-Conformities ensuring there are corrective action plans in place and deadlines for completion are met
- Acts as a champion for the FirstCol Quality Management System promoting Policies and Procedures at the request of the Quality Manager and assists in training new employees on areas of the Quality Management System that affect them
- Ensure Records are stored in line with retention and retrieval policies, implementing and operating a system for the Management of records
- At the request of the Quality Manager source and arrange additional training for ad-hoc requests and NVQ programs, coordinate the implementation of this training

**Risk Management**
- Attending Site Visits and implementing action plans issued by our H&S partner to ensure that all premises meet H&S requirements
- Assists in following up requests for information in regards to Incidents and Accidents and the request of the Quality Manager
- Assists in following up requests for information in regards to Complaints and the request of the Quality Manager
- Assist the Quality Manager with any investigations or paperwork relating to HR investigations and act as a minute taker in the QM’s absence or for lower level meetings
- Assists in identifying any potential data breaches and bringing them to the attention of the Quality Manager and/or Managing Director

**Procurement and Facilities Management**
- Assist the Executives Assistant with requests from Staff in regards to property issues. Responsible for ensuring all company property has the correct utility and service contracts in place. Consistently checking for efficiency and monitoring consumption.
- Regularly reviews service contracts in line with the FirstCol Procurement Policy to ensure FirstCol are getting the best Quality and Value for money in relation to service providers. Ensure finding are documented and reports given to the Quality Manager for presentation and discussion at SMT and QMR
- Ensures training equipment servicing is in date and maintains appropriate records
- Maintains Records relating to Vehicles, to ensure all vehicles remain legally compliant at all times plus copies of all repair invoices are retained.
- Liaising with the insurance company regarding accidents in company cars and claims if applicable.
- Responsible for adding and removing cars from the fleet policy as appropriate and ensuring these records are maintained

**General Admin and PA Duties**
- Assist the QM with any document reviews at the appropriate level and sensitivity making sure all documents are stored correctly in final versions
- Assisting with the formulation of general correspondence
- Taking minutes at the request of the MD or QM
- Assisting in the implementation of projects and taking appropriate actions for completion as the business requires

**Qualifications**:
A minimum education of A-Levels along with at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.

A degree is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
