Joining the Design and Manufacturing team and reporting to Head of Design & Manufacture, the CNC Machinist will be responsible for creating prototypes for Bramble Energy’s Fuel Cell Technology. This is a hands on practical role operating our manufacturing equipment.

**Job Description**:
**Principal Accountabilities**
- In house 3D printing with use of known know 3D printing machines
- Laser cutting
- Milling Machining, using Doosan machines running on a Fanuc control
- Working with Baty Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for quality control
- Operation of pillar drill
- Operation of ban saw
- General equipment maintenance
- CAM (generating tool paths and manufacturing times)
- Potential to include quality check for other Fuel Cell parts

- Safety conscious
- Fast learner who is well informed on machinery and it’s potential to cause harm
- Open minded to new suggestions
- Good state of physical fitness needed as this is a manual role

**Qualifications**:

- Experience using 3 and 5 axis CNC machines
- Experience running and programming CNC machines
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
