Service Desk Customer Advisor

Reporting to the Head of Service Management, you will be working within the Service Desk Team providing first line support to a wide range of customers.
**Main duties will include but are not restricted to**:
- Answering calls to customers
- Provide technical support to a variety of end users
- Creating and updating records
- Assist in the development and improvement of processes and procedures
- Carrying out first line diagnostics and recording on and processing the results
- Liaising with senior departments within the company and external third party organisations on behalf of our customers
**Essential skills for this role include**:
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Interest in IT and communications
**Desirable skills**
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- Basic knowledge of Office 365
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Engineer
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week
**Salary**: From £6.83 per hour
