**Your mission**

As Project Controls Performance Specialist you will be part of a central function responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of business and project performance reporting within BAM Nuttall Development of our Project Controls function is a key driver of BAM’s future success and is a crucial aspect of BAM’s strategy for projects in control.

Engaging with stakeholders, you will work cross-functionally and will be curious to understand and improve BAM’s reporting processes. On a regular basis you will liaise with senior management and divisional stakeholders.

Collaborating with other functional reporting teams, you will develop a holistic platform of reports using consistent data, naming conventions and organisational structures.

Your role within the Planning and Project Controls function will provide a service to the business and our people; it is key that you can respond dynamically to new situations and changing demands. You will be a key member of the team establishing critical programmes and processes to implement, analyse and report information, in close collaboration and with the ability to look beyond what is needed today.

**Your key responsibilities and tasks**:

- Design and implement a reporting platform for the project teams, with secure access to published reports and datasets;
- Support the development of predictable project performance measurements necessary to assist informed decision making at project, Business Unit and Divisional levels;
- Support identification of standard base data requirements necessary for aggregation into the predicable project performance measurements;
- Support coordinate of data requirements with data owners / Functional Heads of department;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and meet data/information requirements;
- Establish datasets required to meet the BAM Minimum Requirements;
- Comply with Cyber essentials and GDPR requirements;
- Administer the use of on-premises and external cloud data services and tools to ingest, egress, and transform data from multiple sources;
- Support the development of the UK & Ireland project controls Framework.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerBi and publishing tools;
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment with multiple (senior) stakeholders;
- Accredited qualification and keen to grow your knowledge;
- A clear and confident communicator.

**Your work environment**

This position provides the opportunity to work remotely or from one of our regional offices.

There will be a requirement to travel (with overnight accommodation provided) therefore you should live close to good transport connections to enable access throughout the UK.
