Tool Service Center Support Team Leader

WHAT'S THE ROLE?
This position works closely with the Tool Service Centre (TSC) Manager and Team Leads to manage the support functions for the TSC operation.
Operational activities include shipping, receiving, fleet collections, manpower scheduling, supply inventory, recycling with assurance of quality, on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
Supervisory responsibilities include technical leadership through performance monitoring, evaluation, and coaching, direction of work assignments, and cross-training of personnel.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
The purpose of the role is to manage a Tool Service Centre (TSC) team to deliver best-in-class tool service. The role involves establishment of a culture that improves and implements ideas, standard behaviours and changes in the Tool Service Centre (TSC). The job holder needs to recruit team members and constantly engage the team.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- A minimum of 3 years of operational experience in a tool service operation or spare parts warehouse is required;- Educated to at least Degree Level
- Proven logistics or repair center and operational experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- People oriented with ability to influence stakeholders on multiple levels and team members with different needs to gain their commitment and support to resolve customer problems
- Creative individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused environment
- Focus to satisfy internal/external customers on a daily basis
- Geographically mobile in the future within Northern Europe or Globally
- MS Office, SAP
