Helpdesk Team Leader

Anderson Knight is recruiting for Helpdesk Team Leader on a back shift rotation for a well-established company based in Glasgow.
Hours 37.5 per week - 2pm-10pm on rotation 5 days over 7, working 2 weekends out of 4.
Salary - £28,000
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Recruit, lead, and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve customer excellence.
- Offer clear direction and guidance on daily helpdesk inquiries.
- Ensure quality standards are met and inspire the team to excel.
- Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching.
**Key Attributes and Skills**:
- Highly motivated and passionate with a positive attitude toward achieving excellence in people and customer service.
- Experience leading a team in a Facilities Management Helpdesk.
- Advantageous to have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and efficiently manage team workload.
- Previous experience in leading a team in a contact center, call center, or helpdesk environment.
