**Your new opportunity**

We are looking for a **Team Leader** to join our services within our Connect 4 Service which is a service which provides a wide range and support for people with physcial and learning disabilities.

At Glasgow Connect, we strive to offer a service that is truly person-centred, ensuring that the vision of the People We Support is encapsulated in policy and service delivery.

We wish to challenge and change societal attitudes to become fair and inclusive - ensuring that everyone has quality opportunities to thrive and reach their full potential.

The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers.

This is a **full time permanent **working **39 hours per week**.

- Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
- Good IT & communication skills.
