**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for qualified Internal Quality Assurers (IQA) to support the delivery of qualifications in the following sector areas:

- Early Years
- Schools
- Business
- Animal Care

As an IQA you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of assessment within the centre, ensuring that judgements made by Assessors are fair, reliable, consistent and sufficient. You will work alongside the assessment team to offer support, guidance and facilitate regular opportunities for standardisation. You will have experience in organising and processing internal quality assurance practices; sampling of evidence; making judgements and providing constructive developmental feedback.

You will hold a relevant qualification within your specialism, have evidence of up to date sector knowledge and current and relevant CPD. A detailed understanding of Awarding Body requirements and best practice are also required. The role requires you to have excellent verbal and written skills, as well as being a confident IT user.
