Executive Assistant | Chief Strategy and Operations Officer/Chief Customer Officer | Hybrid (London & Home Based)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the executive team here at Ramsay Health Care UK. Reporting to the EA to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level secretarial support to the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer (CSOO) and the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to ensure a smooth and efficient day to day operation.

What you'll bring with you:
- Previous experience in the Healthcare Sector and Operating Board environment- Understanding of business cycle, operational processes and project delivery- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Teams- Self-motivated with excellent communication and prioritisation skills- Experience of managing diaries, logistics and travel arrangements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of monthly reports.- Processing staff requests for annual leave, sickness, payroll and other requirements in line with Ramsay policies, using Ramsay systems.- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate financial records.- Experience of managing confidential matters and basic HR processes.- Experience of organising committee meetings and minute taking and associated meeting administration.- Exceptional customer service, with an excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills and personal presentation.- Event management experience is desirable

What you'll do in this role- You will be responsible for managing the day to day diary commitments and travel arrangements of CSOO and CCO- You will act as gatekeeper to manage and prioritise daily postal, electronic and telephone communications- Prepare timely, clear, reports, professional presentations, strategy papers and tenders as requested- Ensure that all formal committees and ad hoc meetings are effectively managed which are chaired by the CSOO and CCO, including preparation of agendas, dissemination of papers and taking and circulating minutes.- Undertake research into areas of specific interest and relevance where required, produce associated reports.- Ensure that paperwork is accurately filed and maintained on the Ramsay UK Intranet site.- Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems, including personnel documents for those senior managers reporting directly in to the CSOO and CCO- Management of basic HR processes for the senior managers who report directly in to the CSOO and CCO.- Support the organisation and co-ordination of events where required.- Raise, chase and approve purchase orders in accordance with Ramsay Health Care UK processes and delegations of authority.- Undertake ad hoc duties for senior staff as requested.- Use daily systems such as MS Teams, Workday & Allocate
