**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Lead Collections Specialist Position in Leeds to work for a reputable business within the Legal Sector

This would be an exceptional opportunity for someone experienced within debt recovery looking for that next step in their career and to join a business which offer excellent progression and development.

As a Lead Collections Specialist you will be working in a Contact Centre environment supporting the team and paralegals with the below duties

Provide supervision to a team of collections agents

Share appropriate collections knowledge alongside full support and guidance

Working efficiently using the case management system and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded

Ensuring the team are adhering to compliance regulations and procedures

Responsible for any escalations and more complex cases

**The Successful Applicant**:
Previous supervision experience

Experience working within collections and debt recovery

Excellent people management skills

Able to work towards strict deadlines and in a busy environment

Commercial and financial awareness

The ability to coach and give feedback
