Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full Time (Permanent)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday. 06:00AM to 14:00PM

**We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;**
- To support and guide the Operational Management and Functional Teams with consistent, coherent and robust Health & Safety advice and support to allow them to meet all requirements in relation to legal and company compliance
- Ensure compliance with Legal, Company and Customer requirements
- To create training packages specific to risk profiles and deliver with H & S Team to colleagues, line managers and Operational and Functional teams
- To maintain correct and accurate data reporting for all H & S related KPI's and reporting activities
- Co-ordinate all accident, incident and near miss investigations producing clear reports, with root cause analysis to develop actions to prevent recurrence and to share lessons learnt
