Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Look no further PIB Group is currently hiring a Finance Administrator to join our Barbon team based in Lincoln.
**Role Overview**:
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, bookkeeping, and general accounting duties to ensure the smooth operation of our Barbon Business. Your meticulous attention to detail and previous accounts experience will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting financial analysis.

Handling day-to-day financial transactions and data entry.
Reconciling financial records and accounts.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Collaborating with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in accounts or finance-related roles is essential.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
