Based in the UK and USA, Thoughtmix serves clients around the world, focusing on digital partnerships, covering influencers, content and brand partnerships.

Thoughtmix are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the growing team on a part-time basis. This challenging and varied role reports directly into the Managing Director and takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and purchase ledgers including invoicing customers
- VAT preparation and submission
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Credit control
- Preparing financial reports for directors
- Maintaining forecasts and budgets
- Balance sheet reconciliations for Net Wages, PAYE, NIC and pension
- Other duties as required, including managing incoming calls in a professional manner answering sales calls, and maintaining stocks of stationary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
