**Job Title**: Fire Risk Assessor

**Location**: Remote / field-based

**Role Type**: Contract / Part Time

Are you a competent Fire Risk Assessor based in NW, SW, Midlands, London or the M4 Corridor and looking for a new challenge?

Directly reporting to the Regional Fire Safety Manager, You will conduct fire risk assessments on a broad range of purpose groups ensuring reports are high quality and provide clear, practical solutions to our clients.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Conduct FRAs on our in-house developed FRA software, FCS Cloud
- Support our clients to effectively manage the fire risks within their buildings in order to keep people safe
- Maintain and improve competency through certified CPD, Shadowing and self-learning
- Provide advice and guidance on behalf of the company to our clients.

**Required skills**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience of conducting fire risk assessments and report writing on a broad range of purpose groups such as residential buildings, retail, offices and industrial buildings, etc.
- Membership with a professional fire safety body such as the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) or Institute of Fire Prevention Officers
- Individual third party fire risk assessment accreditation (IFE, FRACS, IFSM)
- Minimum Level 3 fire risk assessment qualification

- Support from our technical team as and when you need it, including a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel with guidance, legislative updates and CPD opportunities
- You're not on your own. We consider our associates as part of the team.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
