**Salary**: Competitive Salary

As a Multi Skilled Operative you’ll undertake repairs to a variety of buildings, including carrying out reactive, planned and remedial maintenance tasks.
This role supports the Vivo Direct Delivery Team in Plymouth.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Carry out reactive, planned and remedial repairs including minor plumbing, building work, electrical, carpentry, etc.
Work with mínimal supervision and make decisions on the most appropriate repair solution.
Carry out risk assessments for tasks and ensure all H&S requirements are adhered to.
Deliver exceptional service and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest standard.
Utilise both electronic and paper-based systems to accurately record jobs, including ordering materials, POs, invoices, etc.
Demonstrate VIVO core values to internal/external customers and colleagues.

**Skills**:
**Essential Skills**:
Trade Background & Qualifications (recognised qualification or apprenticeship)
Extensive knowledge in building fabric services
Good standards of numeracy and literacy
Basic IT skills, including using a PDA
Able to obtain and maintain security clearance
Full UK driving licence

**Desirable Skills**:
Experience operating in a MOD environment and/or FM Service Provider.
Certified - IOSH Working Safely
Certified - First Aid
Certified - Fire Safety
Certified - COSHH
Working knowledge of CAFM system i.e., Maximo

**Noteworthy**:
There is a requirement to be part of an on-call rota.

Please note, in order to be considered for this position, you must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.
