The efforts and storytelling required to ensure internal stakeholders are living and breathing a brand philosophy, as well as activating, resonating and engaging with critical external audiences well, it’s a job in itselfand that is why we have created this specialist activation role here at Ph - to provide our clients with the best possible services and support while navigating their employer brand journey, providing them with expertise and experience and as a result - growing the Ph. business.- This is a unique opportunity for an Employer Brand Consultant to join our every growing unique team and be a part of defining what best in class Employer Brand Activation looks like in the external market with some of the worlds leading brands. This role will also sit on the Recruitment Marketing Leadership Team and will manage a growing number of RM Team members so you will need to be willing to jump into projects wider than your role and think strategically about the division as a whole.- As Ph’s Employer Brand Activation Consultant, your role is specifically around managing clients both old and new in their Employer Brand activation journey. Supporting them both internally and externally with ideas, structure, products and services that Ph can support with.**What will the role look like on a day to day basis?**:

- You will be responsible for owning and optimising a handful of our Employer Brand Activation strategies. Day to day, this could mean running internal activation workshops - helping our clients identify internal strategies such as building ambassador programs, referrals programs, asset creation or even just helping them map out key stakeholders and helping them tell their story. On the flip side, you may be partnering with a client on how they activate their Employer Brand externally, this could be identifying Recruitment Marketing opportunities such as digital advertising, social media campaigns, events strategies, partnership opportunities (to name a few) You will have a passion for helping clients, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through activation.- This is such an exciting opportunity and a chance to be a part of a bigger offering build internally within Ph. we have the opportunity to define what best in class activation looks like in brands across the world. You will be accountable for developing the activation offering for our clients, whether that be consultative workshops or activation packages. You will be able to come in audit the current offering and own the further development and strategy.- As we have such a large and varying client portfolio - you will be juggling And we need somebody who thrives on working at pace, can think on their feet, showcase initiative and shift mindset to accommodate our clients who can be in opposite industry verticals. You’ll definitely need to be a self-starter as it’s sometimes a little chaotic. So, you’ll need to thrive in the madness and be determined to put your own stamp on what you do.- Recruitment Marketing and Activation is a brand-new division in Ph. and we are looking for someone to share our energy, passion and team vision. You will have the support the wider team in the Recruitment Marketing Director, a senior digital account manager, a paid media manager, an SEO manager, a reporting and analytics specialist, designer and project coordinator. There is no end to the experience and insights you can lean on from your team. Plus, we all love what we do and have a laugh while we do it too- As well as working closely with the Recruitment Marketing division, you will need to build great relationships with the wider Ph. Team - partnering with our award-winning teams across Creative, Employer Brand Strategy and Careers Sites as well as our sales and support functions that keep the Ph. wheels turning.
