As an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Consultant, you will advise clients on EDI strategy and implementation, using data and research to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of each client. You will also conduct EDI audits, develop and deliver EDI training/workshops, and create and review EDI policies and procedures. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and staying up-to-date with the latest EDI trends and best practices.

As an EDI Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and data-driven initiatives that promote equality, diversity and inclusion within organisations. Leveraging your expertise, you will **collaborate** with clients to analyse, **strategise,** and implement inclusive practices that result in tangible cultural transformation. You will need to demonstrate a passion to drive positive change, possess a deep understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion principles, and be skilled in data analysis and **strategic** consulting.

**Client Delivery**
- **Collaborate** with clients to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and high client satisfaction.
- Conduct clients' needs assessments to make the right **decisions and develop **project plans in order to achieve deliverables.
- Deliver impactful workshops, design training sessions, and **lead **presentations to senior stakeholders
- Able to review policies and processes to make recommendations to the client.
- Develop and **refine** an effective understanding of our services and how to implement them in a consistent and impactful way.

**Client Engagement, Relationship Management and Sales Development**
- **Collaborate** with clients to understand their EDI objectives and challenges, building an effective understanding of their operating environment.
- Leverage existing tools and frameworks to assess client issues, identifying and communicating risks, threats, gaps and opportunities.
- Design and deliver customised EDI strategies that align with clients' goals and values.
- Build trusted **relationships** with key client stakeholders and explore opportunities to enhance our commercial relationships with clients.
- Confidently **influence** the direction of a project and those stakeholders in order to create the right **impact.**:

- **Collaborate** with internal teams to support business development and sales activities incl. leading consultant conversations, writing proposals and tender writing
- Leverage your knowledge of key clients, industries and sectors in order to build relationships to enhance the sales pipeline

**Project Management**
- **Lead** and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication and exceptional quality.
- Update internal documentation, project plans and project updates with accurate and useful information across multi-digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate resources, manage project budgets, and ensure efficient **optimise** project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate/resolve key issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Thought Leadership and Marketing**
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in diversity and inclusion, by attending relevant conferences and events, seeking to make valuable contributions and disseminate learnings across TEG.
- Contribute to TEG’s thought leadership by creating or contributing to the creation of resources, blogs, articles, and speaking at relevant conferences, webinars or events.
- Participate in and contribute to external diversity and inclusion networks to enhance your knowledge, share insights and build your own brand and reputation.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Proven experience in a consultancy / professional services environment, with a track record of **executing **successful client delivery.
- Deep understanding of EDI principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, enabling client and team engagement, negotiation, and consultation.
- Creativity We are looking for someone who is keen to shake things up in our team bringing new ideas to the table in line with the clients and/or TEGs **vision**;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse situations and provide effective solutions.
- Is **resilient** under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment.
