Walsall, United Kingdom Gazelle Professional Recruitment Services Ltd Full time

Student Enrolment Co-ordinator

£24,500 - 36 hr week (four days) - exceptional benefits package

As a **Student Enrolment Co-ordinator** you’d be working for a large, globally recognised training organisation. You’d be based in their Birmingham office two days per week and working from home two days a week. The organisation is divided into teams - each team is highly specialised in their area of expertise. Each team works closely together to support their colleagues, their learners and the employer, the client.

A **Student Enrolment Co-ordinator’s** role would be to support learners as they enrol and then continue their studies towards gaining professional qualifications. This would mean actively engaging with learners to provide advice on their studies. You would be the learner’s contact within the organisation and the first person to whom they would turn if they had queries or concerns.

It is essential that all learners progress their studies in a timely fashion and as a **Student Enrolment Co-ordinator** you would be overseeing this to ensure the learners do not fall behind, which could mean the learner wouldn’t achieve their qualifications. You would undertake this through the analysis of data, tracking progression and taking positive steps if necessary.

The qualifications are professional industry specific qualifications and funded by the learner’s employer, so part of the role of **Student Enrolment Co-ordinator** would be issuing invoices and liaising with the employer to ensure payment is received on time.

Having built good relationships with the employer, as **Student Enrolment Co-ordinator **you would continue to liaise with the employer and forward to them reports to demonstrate how their employee is progressing and examination results etc.

This company has built an enviable reputation for quality training and exceptional customer service. It would be your responsibility to ensure this continues and to provide feedback to the quality team as to where you consider improvements could be made.

A key area of your responsibilities would be to work within regulations and compliance as the nature of the role requires strict adherence.

As you can see there is a lot of information to learn about the role and the company in order to perform the role to a high standard and to provide exceptional client care. Therefore, the type of person best suited to this role is someone who will see this as a career opportunity and embrace all the training and continual professional development this highly specialised role offers. The company offers great career progression and this has been demonstrated time and time again by present employees.

**Essential skills required for the role of Student Enrolment Co-ordinator**:

- Previous experience within training administration is highly advantageous.
- For home working you must have good internet access and a dedicated area within your home where you can work quietly and undisturbed.
- A solid work history within a customer service background.
- A general knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
- The ability to forge strong relationships with your team, your learners and their employers - your clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
