As the School Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness, security, and general upkeep of the school premises. Your diligent efforts will contribute to the smooth operation of the school, fostering a positive learning environment for students and supporting the broader educational community.

- Cleaning and Sanitization
- Safety and Security
- Groundskeeping
- Repairs and Handyman Tasks
- Inventory Management
- Event Support
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Liaison and Communication
- Emergency Response

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, caretaking, or a similar role is desirable.
- Solid/basic knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and working at heights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff, students, and visitors effectively.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings for events and emergencies.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
