**Job description** **Recruitment Support Coordinator - Scunthorpe - Remote Hybrid**

Come and join our team here at 24-7 Recruitment Scunthorpe, as a Recruitment support coordinator with an immediate start. Covering all recruitment aspects you will work in various environments including from home all the way to the factory floor.

**About you**:
**Pay rate for Recruitment Support Coordinator**:

- Pay is £12.00 per hour

*Pay review after 3 months depending on performance*

**Shift Information for Recruitment Supervisor**:

- Monday to Friday
- 20-40 hours per week
- Working between 08:00 and 17:00
- Working between various sites in Scunthorpe and from home

**Duties of an On-site Recruitment Supervisor**:

- Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled within the site.
- Conducting site tours and H+S inductions (training provided)
- Regular meetings with the Recruitment Manager and / or site senior teams to ensure quality service and clear operational planning.
- Regular review of all KPI's with on-site team (s) to ensure corrective action is taken following 'smart' specific/measurable/achievable/realistic/timely, objectives
- Liaising with site teams to establish recruitment needs and resolve any issues
