We're excited to be offering this new role which is a dual role supporting our Communications Team and our Staff Lottery Committee.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the communications department alongside general communications tasks, including writing articles and social media posts.

Duties will be varied to assist the department in carrying out a wide range of internal and external activity efficiently and effectively, working specifically to support the Trust lottery and communications with the Trust Membership.

As a Foundation Trust we have a duty to engage with our Trust Members. This role will be responsible for the compiling and sending our quarterly membership newsletter and maintaining the Membership database.

The postholder will also be the lead for all staff lottery funded events and activities. This will include promoting lottery draws and events. You will be accountable to the Staff Lottery Committee attending all committee meetings and producing an annual report, detailing annual spending, for all Lottery members to access.
