**BI Analyst - Scunthorpe - £30,000-£35,000 + Benefits**

**BI Analyst Responsibilities will include**:

- Support the business by providing accurate, timely information to assist the management team in making key business decisions
- Drive key data management, including in Salesforce
- Initial review and cleansing of existing data to ensure data standardisation
- Regular audit of data to ensure integrity and compliance
- Work with the IT Manager to develop reporting in Salesforce
- Provide Salesforce user training to the wider business and provide best practice training manuals
- Work with the senior leadership team to develop financial and non financial reporting & KPI’s
- Making recommendations to support the business targets
- Work with all departments across the business to ensure efficient reporting
- Support in the preparation of ad-hoc reporting requests by the management team

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- First-rate analytical skills and ability to communicate information across the business
- Excellent Excel skills are essential
- Advanced knowledge of databases such as SQL, Salesforce and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple data sources
