We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to help run our Swindon Office and Therapy Rooms.The Project Me service is a friendly, fast-paced environment where flexibility and team-work are as important as being able to manage your own workloadand effectively juggle priorities.
As part of the Admin Team you will be responsible for a wide range of activities and processes.You will be a great team player who is also comfortable working on their own to support our practitioners and service users.
To be successful in this role you will need to be organised, flexible, a great communicator and have good IT skills -MS Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Keeping the office and therapy rooms tidy, well stocked and secure.
- Welcoming visitors, taking telephone calls and answering queries.
- Inputting data on patient recording systems.
- Printing letters, managing Incoming/Outgoing post & deliveries.
- Ordering & distributing equipment, stationery and resources.
- Processing invoices on Excel and Accounts Payable system.
- Efficient use of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word **(Essential).**:
- Producing simple reports and spreadsheets.
- Taking meeting minutes (desirable).
- An understanding of child safeguarding procedures (although training will be given).
This full-time role (9.00am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri) is based at Nexus Business Centre, Cheney Manor, Swindon where there is plenty of free onsite parking.
