**Sales Administrator profile**
- Self motivated individual working within a small team
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise their workload
- Polite and provide the highest level of customer service
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- A multi tasker driven to get things done

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create shipping and picking lists, labels for the warehouse
- Communicate with hauliers and carriers
- Answer sales calls and process customer orders
- Resolvecustomer issues
- Sales and marketing tasks
- Proccess customer returns and refunds
- Liase with third party carriers re deliveries
- Posting out of samples on a daily basis
- Maintain and update CRM database with customer information.
- Maintain all customer files, reports, etc. in an accurate manner.

**Salary**: £21,098.00-£21,958.00 per year
