**Sales Administrator**
Harper James has a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a busy, successful team.
The role will be office based at our Sheffield office working as part of a supportive and thriving sales team.

Harper James is a national commercial law firm designed to support entrepreneurial businesses from start-up to exit. We aspire to disrupt the model for which legal services are provided to businesses. The firm’s innovative approach to delivering highly tailored and accessible legal advice is considered genuinely different to the establishment.
Harper James was founded in 2014 and continues to grow at c40%+ year on year. This financial year, more than 130 people will support more than 2,500 businesses and our turnover will exceed £13m. We expect to double in size over the next 3 years.
**What you will do**
**Administrative/client onboarding support**:
- Ensure accurate completion of New Client Forms.
- Maintain records of completed client’s engagement documents on HubSpot and any associated hygiene.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
- Respond to internal and external onboarding enquiries where necessary.
- Keeping databases and spreadsheets up to date with accurate information.
- Hot desk/meeting room bookings for the office.
- Monitor office stationery levels.
- General office enquiries.
**Compliance monitoring**:
- Contact clients to encourage completion of required steps.
- Support compliance monitoring and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct audits on completed AML checks to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Record and report issues of non-compliance as appropriate.
- Assisting with planned and ad hoc compliance administrative tasks.
**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 years experience within a supporting administration role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support various team members in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a detail-orientated approach to your day to day work.
- Confidence and strong communication skills are a must (verbal and written).
- Excellent IT skills and strong Microsoft 365 experience.
